CANCELATION POLICY

I understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request the respect of both my time and the time of others by providing a minimum 24 hour notice of any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact me ASAP. ​ Anything beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled that day.  Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are 15+ minutes late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee.
